We discover Iceland in summer, in all its splendor, on a group tour that culminates in a rare event: the total solar eclipse of August 12, 2026.
Our journey through Iceland will be an unforgettable adventure, where each day reveals a completely different landscape. We will admire impressive waterfalls, black volcanic sandy beaches, imposing glaciers, erupting geysers, rocky mountains, and volcanic craters that merge into a vibrant and dynamic tableau.
The highlight of the tour is the total solar eclipse on August 12, 2026—a phenomenon Iceland hasn't seen since 1954 and won't see again until 2196. We will be positioned along the path of totality, ready to experience this unique moment with the group.
Evenings offer us the opportunity to relax in Icelandic thermal baths, and August brings mild temperatures and extended daylight—ideal conditions for unhurried exploration.

August 12th is entirely dedicated to the total solar eclipse — the central event of this tour.
Since the weather in Iceland can vary significantly from one area to another, we leave nothing to chance. The observation location will be decided on the morning of August 12th, based on a comprehensive analysis of the weather forecast, available webcams, and real-time feedback from two people from our team, who will already be present in both possible areas — the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the Westfjords.
We will travel to the location with the best visibility conditions, to maximize our chances of experiencing the total eclipse. Depending on the chosen area, the day may be shorter or longer in terms of travel, but each option comes with spectacular landscapes.
Start this day, your last day in Iceland, with breakfast, preparing to discover Reykjavik. Optionally, you can go for a final relaxation session at one of the country's most iconic attractions - the Blue Lagoon and/or you can go on a Whale Watching tour.
